Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order enters the processing phase, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders, but if your item arrives physically damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged product:

- Include a clear photo of the damage
We'll determine if you're eligible for a free replacement. Please note:
- Packaging damage alone (e.g., dented box) is not considered product damage
- We do not refund or replace items damaged by wear, misuse, or normal use
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to ship quickly, but shipping delays beyond our control (couriers, customs, weather, etc.) can happen. If your order is delayed or marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Eleroi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

If you entered the wrong address and do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
