At Eleroi, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders — because getting the right tool shouldn’t come with extra fees.
Order Processing Times
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days after they’re placed. Once processed, your order will be handed off to our shipping carrier and marked as dispatched.
Please note: during holidays or peak times, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the courier’s transit speed. Here are estimated delivery windows:
🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
🌎 International: 10–20 business days
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues beyond our control.
Address Accuracy and Order Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you catch an error, email us at info@eleroi.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
If our system detects a problem with your address, we may reach out by email within 3 business days to confirm details. If we don’t hear back, we may have to cancel the order.
Delayed Delivery
We do our best to deliver quickly, but delays can occasionally happen due to:
- Courier issues or customs delays
- Weather or transit disruptions
- Address or payment verification problems
While we’re not responsible for courier delays, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and help where we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order is lost or stolen, please:
1. Contact the courier directly to start a claim
2. Email us at info@eleroi.com so we can help track or follow up
While these situations fall outside of our refund policy, we’re happy to assist — and in some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
If your package is confirmed lost and not recovered, you may also consider filing a police report for additional support.
